1. The fruit and berries are extracted in water. This ensures that the water soluble antioxidants are extracted in their natural form, and that the final product is 100% water soluble.
2. The antioxidants are concentrated using water based filtration methods. This ensures that the activity of the antioxidants is not destroyed by harsh chemical and solvent based concentration steps.
